As of the 8th December the Rural Payments Agency (RPA had issued 36,083 payments which equates to 41.4% of the c.88,000 eligible farmers in England. Thus leaving the agency on track to meet its commitment of paying more than half of the eligible claimants in England by the end of December.

The RPA (Rural Payments Agency) have announced that 30,000 claimants will receive their payments on Tuesday 1st December 2015.

Applications for the Mid tier stewardship close on 30th September with successful applicants starting the scheme on 1st January 2016.
